I want you to love what you ordered! Since each item is carefully packaged and shipped with care, I only accept returns for items that were damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:
No worries—just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we’ll get it sorted out. We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund, whichever works best for you.
